Why is everyone LARPing?

It’s because honesty & authenticity is rewarded, up to the point where it is abrasive to the egregore you’re in

When your “true self” conflicts with what society wants, how do you handle that merge conflict?

A) ignore what society wants, do your own thing B) change yourself in the way society wants you to change

The correct answer is… 🥁 (see next page)

Why is everyone LARPing? (2)

The correct answer is: “it depends”

Q: Ok, but on what? A: on what gives you the best outcome, for your life.

If society (your egregore) is more mature than you, then taking its feedback will help you grow and get unstuck. If you are more mature than it, then you holding your ground means you will help IT grow!

“audience capture” is when someone grows & matures, but instead of continuing to grow & pulling society up, they get stuck giving the egregore what it wants, and getting limited rewards (because the pie is no longer growing)

ORI exists to find that threshold point, to help you calibrate around it. That’s why we explicitly status rank each other

the one that produces the better outcome for your life.
