A1 - they don’t believe it will lead to peace. It feels more like stepping outside of a cage with the wolves around you. Lose lose A2 - those who can, have. Otherwise, neighboring Arab countries don’t want mass migration & organized militias’s
Arabs are convinced that Israel will never accept peace with them. That every time they go for peace, the jews will backstab them. And eventually eradicate them.
Not every Arab believes this. But those who call for peace aren’t really heard by the other side, and are often ostracized by their own people.
On the flipside, Israeli’s don’t trust that Arabs will forgive & move on.
And so it goes.
